The hotel was quite nice, the staff people could have been a little bit more friendly but they were very prompt and when I called for towels they came within two minutes. Nice location, just near the very popular area of Flushing. Somewhat small room space. Parking is cheap and convenient, but be sure to check the duration you can park.

Didn't care for the location or parking arrangements.

The over all hotel was a clean and nice place to stay. Hotel has a bar and grill which was never open the whole for day we were there in, very disappointing. Went to see the Mets game hotel is about a mile or so in walking distance and we had a great time anyway. ...read more

Staff tried but never met expectations of a business! Never have I left a hotel in more that 50 years of travel and in the business without being provided with a receipt showing my stay, charges, and the balance upon check out.
